I predict a lot of annoyed neighbours in the future
Birgit has been predicting it for months. And Sony seems to have listened. On October 19th they will release SingStar Bollywood for the PlayStation2 in the U.K. (AmazonUK lists two versions. Once with two microphones and once only the game)

EDIT: One thing that came up when I mentioned it to Ehsaan.. Will Sony be paying royalties? Or are we getting into a sort of eye-for-an-eye situation here? Something like (use deep voice of any well-fed American oil-company CEO to read *ggg*) "Them Indian filmindustry guys use our ideas without asking and even worse paying up. Lets show ´m. Why don´t we do a Karaoke Game and use their songs without askin´. You don´t mess with us, hon´!"

I just hope there will be a Dutch version that my ps2 can cope with.

As far as I understand there are only two different versions of games with the PS2. One version for the NTSC part of the world (USA, Japan.. the 120V countries) and one for the PAL part (Europe, Australia, India.. the 230V ones)
So Vera, if you have a regular European PS2 it should work..

That cover doesnt look authentic. Becuz, none of the top bollywood stars are darkies, they are either "fair and lovely" or "fair and handsome".
I protest, I am going to buy it and burn it in the streets :P
i don't think they will take revenge because the sony guys are from japan
well sony is obviously a japanese company but the game is produced by their UK game branch...and they have close ties with the US based sony filmstudios..(i´m getting a bit paranoid here LOL love it)so there might be a chance.. ;-)
